Climate and coating
Coating is chosen by the site, not by the country
Two sites in the same country can sit in different corrosivity categories. We set the category per site under ISO 12944-2, then choose the coating system and durability with you.

What arrives with each shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list by piece mark
- Bill of lading (FOB or CIF as agreed)
- Certificate of origin: Form E (ASEAN–China FTA) or RCEP where it applies
- Mill certificates and the quality dossier for the shipment
- ISPM 15 treatment marks or certificate for timber packing
Preferential origin
Check the duty saving before you rely on it
Steel structures fall under HS heading 73.08. In the ASEAN–China FTA product-specific rules, heading 73.08 is not listed, so the agreement’s general origin rule applies. Whether a shipment qualifies depends on the materials in it, and the certificate is issued by the Chinese authority per shipment. We confirm eligibility before you price the duty into your budget.
