ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
All three certificates are held by the company behind Guiguan Steel and cover our steel structure work.

For an overseas buyer, ISO 9001 is mainly evidence that procedures exist and are audited: drawing revisions are controlled, non-conformances are recorded and closed, and inspection records can be traced. It does not replace project-level checks, so we pair it with a project ITP, 100% UT on complete-joint-penetration welds and mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1.
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 matter more than many buyers expect. Owners in Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia now ask suppliers for environmental and safety evidence at tender stage, and main contractors need it to pass their own audits. All three certificates are surveilled annually by the certification body until renewal in 2028.

Guiguan is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Technology-Based SME. The status is granted to companies whose core products are protected by their own intellectual property and that invest a set share of revenue in R&D.
For buyers, it means the floor deck, PBS shell and connection methods we supply are our own developments, with drawings, test data and standards behind them, not a copy of a catalogue.

Steel is fabricated and tested in accordance with AWS D1.1, EN 1090-2 or ASTM as your project specifies. SGS, BV, TUV and Intertek inspection welcome.
Export projects are usually inspected against the project specification, not against a certificate on the wall. We qualify procedures and welders to the code your engineer names, and we let your inspector check the records and the welds.

Everything your vendor approval team asks for
Most EPC contractors and consultants approve a steel supplier before the first order. We keep a standard pre-qualification pack in English so your procurement and QA teams can review it in one pass, then add project-specific items such as a draft ITP and sample WPS list.
The pack goes out within 3 working days of request. If your approval process includes a factory audit, we schedule it at the base that will build your steel, or run it as a live video audit with your checklist.

Are your ISO certificates valid?
Yes. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 were issued on 26 December 2025 and are valid to 25 December 2028. Copies are available on request.
Do you hold EN 1090 or AISC certification?
Our certified systems are ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. We fabricate and test in accordance with AWS D1.1, EN 1090-2 and ASTM as specified, and welcome third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV or Intertek.
What do your patents cover?
Mainly the truss floor deck and PBS precast shell systems, fibre-reinforced concrete board, and steel node and fabrication details. 5 are invention patents, 32 utility model and 6 design patents.
