Guangdong Guiguan Construction Group
The steel company of the group and the contracting entity for most export orders. It runs the Tekla detailing team, the 8 fabrication bases and the site installation teams in China. Capacity is up to 300,000 t/yr group-wide.
Typical scope: box columns, plate girders, trusses, multi-cavity nodes and secondary steel, built to AISC 360, EN 1993 or AS 4100 drawings. References include the CGN Headquarters and JD Asia No.1.

Guangdong Guiguan Green Building Technology
Develops and produces the group’s prefabricated systems. Its own fibre-reinforced concrete board is the base of two products: the PBS precast shell for columns, beams, slabs and shear walls of RC frames, and the truss floor deck used on steel frames.
The floor deck uses 1.2–2.0 mm base plates, 70–100 mm truss heights and 1220 × 2440 mm panels at about 28 kg/m², with Class A fire rating. Production runs on BIM and MES so panel IDs match the model.

Guangdong Jiwei Space Digital Technology
Supplies the concrete and modular side of a project: precast concrete (PC) components such as stairs and wall panels, ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) panels for walls and partitions, shell formwork, and modular or integrated buildings for site camps, dormitories and fast-track facilities.
It also develops the group’s digital platforms for design, production and site management.

PT Pemasangan Baja Struktur Xianghe
The group’s Indonesian company. It gives Southeast Asian clients a local contracting party for steel erection, with crews, site management and equipment coordination on the ground, backed by fabrication in South China about 6 days away by sea.
Outside Southeast Asia we provide erection supervisors rather than crews. Civil works such as foundations remain with the local contractor.

The steel company leads. It holds the contract, runs the master model and schedules every supply. Floor deck panels are numbered from the same Tekla model as the beams, so deck loads arrive bay by bay as the frame goes up.

Buying a building from four suppliers in two countries usually means four contracts, four schedules and gaps at every interface. Here, the gaps are inside one group.
Fewer interfaces
Steel-to-deck, deck-to-shell and frame-to-panel details are designed by companies that share a model. The edge trim on a deck panel is detailed in the same Tekla model as the beam it sits on.
One schedule
Fabrication of steel, deck and panels is booked against one erection sequence. Shipments arrive in the order the site needs them, not in the order each factory finishes.
One accountable party
The steel company holds the contract and answers for the package. If a deck panel does not fit a beam, there is no argument about whose drawing was wrong.
Local presence in Southeast Asia
In Indonesia and the region, PT Xianghe gives you a local company with crews on site, while fabrication stays in South China at China cost.

Which company do I sign the contract with?
For steel and combined packages, the contracting party is Guangdong Guiguan Construction Group Co., Ltd. Installation contracts in Indonesia can be signed locally with PT Pemasangan Baja Struktur Xianghe.
Can I buy floor deck or PBS without steel?
Yes. Each company supplies its products on their own. Combining them with the steel package mainly saves coordination and shipping cost.
Does PT Xianghe work outside Indonesia?
Yes. Crews are deployed across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia and the Philippines, subject to local work permits.
Are the companies under one quality system?
Each company runs its own production control, and the steel company coordinates the ITP and the shipping dossier for combined packages. Guiguan Construction Group holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
