Structural Steel for Malaysia: Johor, Klang Valley and Penang
Steel frames for Malaysian warehouses, data centres and manufacturing plants. Fabricated to MS EN 1993 designs, documented for CIDB import requirements, shipped to Port Klang, Penang or Tanjung Pelepas in about 4 days.
Steel for Malaysia's warehouse and data centre build-out
Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley are absorbing a wave of data centres, e-commerce warehouses and electronics plants. Programs are short and many buildings use the same frame repeatedly, which suits factory fabrication at scale.
Malaysia designs to Eurocode with Malaysian National Annexes, so EN-based detailing, grades and documentation transfer directly. Our Q355B/C/D steel is supplied against S355JR/J2 equivalents with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
At about 4 days of sailing, we can ship by phase and keep site stock low. In Malaysia we can also install through our Indonesian sister company PT Xianghe, so the same group is accountable from shop drawing to bolted frame.
- Detailing to MS EN 1993-1-1 and MS EN 1993-1-8 with Malaysian NA
- S355JR / J2 equivalent grades with 3.1 MTCs per heat
- Repeatable frames for multi-phase data centre and warehouse campuses
- Supply, supervision or full installation in Malaysia
Designing and fabricating to Malaysia requirements
Buildings in Malaysia are approved under the Uniform Building By-Laws 1984 by the local authority, with structural design to MS EN 1993 and loads to MS EN 1991. Imported construction materials are regulated by CIDB.
